History of the Water of Life Ministry

The Water of Life Ministry was established to address severe water shortages in missionary areas. Since its inception in 2002, the ministry has served in Argentina, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.

Currently, it works with missionaries in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic through short-term volunteer missions, ensuring that more people can access clean water and the gospel.

Water of Life Ministry

The Water of Life ministry team is dedicated to spreading the love of Jesus to local residents by identifying mission sites in need of water, developing wells, and providing hygiene education.
Unlike short-term volunteer missions, which typically involve visiting a single location once, this ministry works closely with a long-term missionary who can store and manage well-drilling equipment.

As a result, team members participate in well missions at least four to five times a year.
Each ministry team consists of 4-6 people and, in addition to their well ministry, they also conduct summer Bible school, medical missions, and introduce home church ministries through team member testimonies. To leverage the benefits of multiple churches collaborating and to share the know-how of the Water of Life ministry, we have been partnering with other churches in the Americas since 2014.
